Medallions of prime steer tenderloin of beef with caramelised button mushrooms and soaked in a rich red wine jus

Dauphinoise Potatoes – a classic layered potato grilled with gruyere cheese individually served with snipped chives

Braised breast of chicken filled with smoked cheddar and a sweet onion farce served on an apricot and pine nut pilaf coated with a creamy spiced red currant sauce

Pan-fried orzo pasta and wild rice with fine cut spring vegetables and a light citrus oil

Fresh Hapuka wrapped in hickory smoked bacon with buttered spinach topped with a green herb pesto sauce

Steamed florets of broccoli coated in a toasted almonds and garlic hollandaise

Honey and lemon thyme roasted carrots topped with sea salt and cracked pepper

Green tea cheesecake, malt biscuit crumb base layered with macha green tea flavoured cream cheese and finish with Helala vanilla mascarpone cream and chocolate

Pistachio brownie 70% guanaja dark chocolate brownie cake with roaster pistachio and 50% Whittaker chocolate ganache

Passion fruit layered sponge gateau, baked passion fruit sponge cake layered up with syrup and passion fruit mascarpone crème mousse, coated with ground pistachio and finish with white chocolate shavings
