Beef Bourguignon – a tender ragout of beef braised in red wine and smoked bacon with mushrooms, garlic and shallots

Fish fillets in a crisp bread crust with tartare sauce and lemon

Tender cooked chicken thighs with a creamy coconut and Thai green curry sauce topped with crispy noodles and fresh coriander

Pan fried orzo pasta with spring onion, sultanas and citrus oil

Pumpkin, baby spinach and feta baked in buttered filo pastry

A selection of steamed garden vegetables topped with hollandaise sauce

Roast baby potatoes tossed in caramelised red onion and aged balsamic

Hazelnut praline cream tart Bake, a sweet short crust pastry tartlet fillet with hazelnut dark chocolate Ganache, finish with hazelnut butter cream and sprinkles of praline.

Mango cheese cake, Malt biscuit crumbs base, filled with Helala vanilla pod flavour mango cheesecake with layers of mango and basil jelly, finish with chocolate flourish

Apricot frangipani traditional bake, ground almond base frangipani sprinkle with apricot syrup and finished with apricot glaze.

Caramel chocolate mousse, caramel flavoured with 50% Whittakers New Zealand chocolate finished with croquant (caramel crunchy hazelnut), fresh whipped cream, dark and white chocolate stripes with fresh fruit.
